What are my options for getting into PHD for the programs in hospitality/tourism management

What are my options for getting into PHD for the programs in hospitality/tourism management?
I finished my MBA online with a 3.50 GPA. I have 14 years of industry experience, I would be able to strong letters of recommendations. I don't have any college teaching experience though, and I don't do well on the GRE or GMAT exams. What should I do? I really want to teach this industry to college students.
