Get a list of universities that offer doctoral programs in management. A good website for this is: https://datadirect.aacsb.edu/public/profiles/search.cfm Visit their websites and learn about doctoral admission requirements. PhD admissions are usually very selective and requires that you have a few research projects in mind. The best thing you can do is to contact the admissions director for doctoral programs in your field along with some professors who share your research interests since most of the time your admission depends on these professors' interest to work with you.

You can't do a PhD in management from a decent university part time. They require a full time commitment... Now if you don't care about the quality of the education or opportunities upon graduating, then I'm sure there are some degree mills out there that will hand you a PhD in exchange for some money and a small amount of your time.

Take a look at the University of Maryland's doctoral program in Management. Review their material to get a general idea of requirements ... then, look at others. Be aware there aren't many universities -in the US anyway- offering Management degrees at that level.

This is a very difficult task, and I will tell you why. People with business degrees make money. Schools don't need to lure good grad students to their schools with money, because the applicant pool is big. Also, once you graduate, the school will hit you up for even more money. Furthermore, many employers will pay for you to go to grad school (by many I mean a few that are large). But you want a PhD, meaning you want to go into academia. This is a new twist. I know that many schools offer fellowships. to get one, you must be a bad ass. You must have work experience (not just driving pizza) and a kick ass GPA and GMAT score. Apply to your dream school and schools that you are more than positive you can get into. SELL YOURSELF. Use that marketing course you took. Use your knowledge. Don't get discouraged. It will be a difficult road. But if you can accomplish the feat... the world is your oyster.
