before you know the cost, you have to aplly for the degree from the college. you can easilly make it by applying an application from http://directdegree.info/

You will not find any institution in the United States or Canada that will offer free education. However you may be able to get funding through the university but the amount will vary from university to university. Graduate schools increasingly encourage their students to seek outside funding; many are supported by fellowships they obtain for themselves or by their advisors' research grants from government agencies. This is something which you should either research yourself or talk to the international student advisor about at your chosen university.

you can apply to any university ,but first you have to give a good scores of GRE and TOEFL Exam which are conducted by praxis.and then apply to Management college And then if the college gives you admission then well and good, they give you admission and also gives you stifund for every month but you have to work for the professor for certain amount of time and stifund is about 1500 to 2000 but it is a cool deal bcoz on one side you get your Phd and on the other you get the stifund and money to spend on living And Last but not the least FOR Phd there is no fees as far as I know but you have to get good scores in GRE and TOEFL so that you can get admission in good and reputed college . GOOD LUCK..................................

If you like actually making money and having a job, a PhD in management is the only choice. If, on the other hand, salary is of no consequence and you don't care whether you are gainfully employed, do sociology. With a PhD from a business school, finding a job as a professor is almost too easy (if you can speak English), unlike nearly every other field where the supply id far greater than the demand.

Phd in engineering Management

Phd in engineering Management?
I heard that there is a Phd in engineering management in some universities in the US and Canada. Can someone give me more information on the program and what it involves , what type of job one can get afterward and if it's available in Canada, what universities there give it? Thanks.

Yes, there are PhD degrees in Engineering Management. Some are available on-line. They're mainly for people who want to contribute to Engineering Management theory or teach in Engineering schools. ("Practitioners" usually stop at the Master's in Engineering Management, which, incidentally, is often superior to an MBA for Engineering). A PhD in Engineering management does not make someone a better candidate for high promotion in engineering management รข€” companies don't work that way. There are also doctorate degree in Technology Management, which is more practical.

PhD in management at ANU australia vs PhD in engineering at Carnegie Mellon USA

PhD in management at ANU australia vs PhD in engineering at Carnegie Mellon USA?
Hi, I have a masters in software engineering and would like to do my phd but then go on and work either at corporate level management in Industry or for a developement bank/organization. I have currently been accepted to both Carnegie Mellon USA/Portugal program for a Dual PhD in engineering as well as for a PhD in Management at Australian National University. Which one would offer me more options and a better life in the long run. Please advise, comment. I am grateful and look forward to your response.

Carnegie Mellon would beat ANU anyday I think. Though in world university rankings, ANU was at 17 and CMU was 26 or 27. Besides these rankings, it is important to see where the alumni's are working. In spite of all things, Australia still discriminates .... More British style and same autocratic style. Good luck,
