I want to pursue M.phil and PhD,but I have even heard that we can directly do Phd with Master degree ?
I have attempted for my Mcom abnd want to do Phd in Management subjects,please suggest should I first do Mphil and then PhD or directly PhD ?

Your question and explanation is a little hard to understand. However, if you are asking if you can complete a Ph.D. program without having your Master's degree, then the answer is yes. If you already know this and are asking whether you should do the Master's first or just skip it and go to a Ph.D., then it is up to you. I personally think it is best to do the Ph.D. as soon as you can and get it over with, it can be quite brutal. They usually award the Master's along the way.
