It would be called a Certificate in Management. Certificate courses may run several weeks to a few months tops while the other degrees take longer to pursue. MBAs in traditional university setting takes 2 years of full load study. A PhD takes about 4 years because you need a MA (Master's Degree which lasts 2 years) before you are allowed to take Doctoral studies.

Probably Master of Science (MS) however it would depend on the school you obtained the degree from. A lot of distance/online schools are now offering masters degrees in broad fields such as Leadership and Management, and sometimes those schools come up with their own designations, such as MLM, MSML, etc. It's best to check with the school.
