For a PhD program in Operations Management, what is the most imporant thing to consider about. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated! I have decent undergraduat degree, working experience. I want to know which is the most important thing in applying for such a program, like Transcript, GRE scores, Personal Statement, Previous research experience, recommendation letters, awards and extracurricular actitives, etc... Thanks!

That is a vague question. You should make sure you have an undergraduate degree in a mathematical field. You should take a course and know what the field is about.
